Dr. Cynde Wadley began her education career as a second-grade teacher in 1988 and spent 18 years teaching first and second grade. She later served educators and districts through roles that included instructional coaching, regional education service center support, district curriculum and technology leadership, and districtwide English language arts and bilingual/ESL leadership.
Her experience spans classroom instruction, professional learning, curriculum implementation, literacy and mathematics, bilingual/ESL programs, MTSS and intervention, leadership coaching, educational sales and implementation support, and university teaching. That range allows her to connect policy, curriculum, adult learning, daily classroom practice, and student response.
Today, Dr. Wadley leads Wadley Educational Consulting, LLC and the Roots & Results® Framework, partnering with school systems to identify root causes, strengthen instructional systems, and build the internal capacity required for lasting improvement.
